Personal Development

Sometimes it is not a specific symptom or an acute crisis that brings us to therapy, but simply the feeling that there ought to be more to life. A longing to feel truly at home in your own life again, to be more authentic and to breathe more freely. In everyday life, we often notice that we are functioning on autopilot. We react in relationships or at work according to patterns we thought we had long since left behind, or we sense a subtle dissatisfaction that we cannot quite put into words.

Personal development does not mean having to optimise yourself constantly in order to match some ideal. Rather, it means gradually letting go of what does not truly belong to you – old expectations, other people’s standards or protective mechanisms that may once have been useful but now feel restrictive. I accompany you in finding your own answers, uncovering hidden strengths and shaping a life that truly reflects who you are at your core.
