Psychotherapy
for adults, couples, adolescents
and children with their families

It’s good to have you here.

Perhaps an acute crisis has brought you to me, perhaps a longing for change, or simply the feeling that the ground beneath your feet is giving way. Whatever you are carrying with you right now: here, you can first of all simply arrive.

With me, you and all your thoughts, doubts and feelings are at the centre – without judgement, and exactly as you feel today. It is important to me to understand you within your own personal life story. Together, we create a safe and protected space for the things that are affecting you, for what wants to be spoken aloud, and for what perhaps has not yet had a place.

I accompany you on this path with empathy and as an equal, so that step by step we can discover the healing paths that already exist within you.

In addition to my two practices in 1180 Vienna, I also offer therapy/supervision online, by telephone or, where needed, as home visits and Walk&Talk sessions in the forest.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am,
then I can change.”

– Carl R. Rogers

My approach and what I offer

I work according to Carl R. Rogers’ Person-Centred Approach (PCA). This form of talking psychotherapy belongs to the humanistic tradition. That may sound theoretical, but in practice it means one thing above all:
I aim to create the conditions you need for your own development.

Areas of Focus
in My Work

Sometimes life loses its balance: through grief and farewell, difficult relationships, anxiety, exhaustion, or the feeling that you have lost sight of yourself.

Psychotherapy can help you understand difficult phases of life, regain inner orientation and discover new possibilities for action. Particular areas of focus in my work include grief counselling as well as dog-assisted psychotherapy and nature-assisted psychotherapy.

There is also room for topics such as self-esteem, new directions, changes within the family, neurodivergence, or dealing with stress and overwhelm. For women going through menopause, I also offer a therapeutic group in which change, letting go and new beginnings can be explored together.

About me and
my background

I have been working as a psychotherapist for 10 years. My foundation is Person-Centred Psychotherapy, which belongs to the humanistic tradition.

My roots are in education. I am an educator, special education teacher, psychomotor educator and forest educator. Through many years of experience working in education with children with and without diagnoses, supporting their parents, and collaborating with other educators, I developed a resource-oriented view of each individual.
