Grief Counselling

“Grief needs time. And space.”
– Author unknown

In my practice, I offer you a protected space where everything is allowed to have a place: the pain, the emptiness, the anger, the love and the memories. Together, we look at what was, what is, and what may begin to grow again despite the loss – entirely at your own pace.

Who is this service suitable for?

Grief can arise from very different events and take many forms. I accompany you through the following experiences of grief:

  • Acute grief: Support immediately after a loss
  • Complicated grief: When pain, feelings of guilt or anger continue to affect everyday life even after a long time
  • Sudden loss: Suicide, accident or unexpected illness
  • Anticipatory grief: Support during the dying process, for those affected and their loved ones
  • Life review: Engaging with one’s own mortality
  • Separation: Grief after the end of a relationship
