Relationship & Family Conflicts
Few things touch us as deeply as our relationships with the people closest to us – and few things can hurt us as much. When a partnership or family relationship is in crisis, the whole fabric of life can begin to feel unstable. It often starts gradually: conversations repeatedly end in the same accusations, misunderstandings accumulate, and a sense of closeness and trust gives way to frustrating distance or constant tension. You may feel misunderstood, unseen or trapped in old roles that seem impossible to escape.
Major changes such as the birth of a child, someone moving out or the need to care for a family member can also completely disrupt a family’s balance. In therapy, we create a neutral and safe place where every feeling and perspective can be spoken aloud without judgement. Together, we look beneath entrenched patterns of conflict to make the underlying needs and hurts visible.
