Becoming & Being a Parent

The adventure of family life is probably one of the most beautiful, but also one of the most demanding tasks in our lives. The journey towards parenthood, from pregnancy to birth, can already stir up many emotions. And once the child arrives, everything changes from one day to the next. Alongside deep love and happiness, entirely new and often unspoken challenges suddenly appear: lack of sleep, a complete redistribution of roles within the relationship, the loss of personal independence and the constant worry about not meeting the child’s needs.

Social pressure to be the perfect mother or father does not make things easier. Many parents reach the limits of what they can cope with and feel exhausted, insecure or simply overwhelmed in this new role. In my practice, I offer you a space where supposedly “taboo” feelings such as frustration, exhaustion, regret or doubt are also allowed to exist. Together, we reduce the pressure and expectations of perfection so that you can find your own authentic way of being a parent and experience more ease in everyday family life again.
